DOCTOR LOAN PROGRAM FEATURES:

-100% financing for 1-2 unit primary residence purchase or refinance up to $1M

-95% financing for 1-2 unit primary residence purchase or refinance up to $1.5M

-90% financing for 1-2 unit primary residence purchase or refinance up to $2.5M (larger loan amounts will be considered)

-Cash out refinance available up to 100% loan to value

-The following programs are available: 30 year & 15 year fixed along with a 10 year ARM, 7 year ARM, 5 year ARM and 3 year ARM.

-No PMI

-Student loan debt excluded if in in deferment 12 months past the closing date

-Income from a fully executed non-contingent employment contract 90 days prior to closing can be used

-700 minimum credit score required for 100% transactions. Lower scores considered at 95% or less

-Eligible doctors: MD, DO, DDS, DMD, DPM, DVM

-Eligible property types: Approved condos, Non-warrantable condos, 1-2 unit properties, PUD
